まず、コンタクトをしている場合はコンタクトをはずしてください。
その後、メイクをしている方はクレンジングでメイクを落とします。
ダブル洗顔が必要な場合は、洗顔も行ってください。
洗顔が終わったら、アイシャンプーを使っていきます。
アイシャンプーは、泡タイプやジェルタイプなど質感が様々ですが、適量を手に取り優しくまつ毛全体に乗せます。
そして、丁寧になじませるように根本からまつ毛の毛先に向かって洗ってください。
その後、ぬるま湯や水で優しく洗い流します。
このとき、シャワーを直接当てるようなことはしないでくださいね。
しっかりとアイシャンプーを洗い流したら、タオルや使い捨てのペーパーなどで、優しく押さえるように水分を拭き取ります。
