マツエクグルーの使用期限ってどれくらい？
マツエクグルーの使用期限は、製品によって異なります。未開封のものだと平均して2～6ヶ月程度、開封したものは1～2ヶ月程度であることが多いでしょう。しかし、これはきちんと保管しておいた場合なので、湿度や温度によっては使用期限前に劣化が進んでしまうこともあります。
3劣化が進んだマツエクグルーは使用期限内でも使わないで
使用期限内だからといって、必ずマツエクグルーが使えるとは限りません。例えば、容器を振ったときに混ざりにくいと感じたり、マツエクグルーの粘度が高くなってドロドロしたり、糸を引いている場合は使用を中止してください。
劣化しているマツエクグルーは、硬化がすでに進んでいます。そのまま施術に使用することで、接着力が低下し白化現象のリスクとなることも。マツエクのクオリティにもかかわるので、使用期限内であっても劣化しているマツエクグルーは使わないようにしましょう。
保管方法に注意！マツエクグルーの期限を短くしないためにできること
マツエクグルーの使用期限を最大限いかすためには、保管方法が重要です。大切なのは、アルミなどで作られたマツエクグルー専用の保存パックに入れ、5～10度の冷蔵庫で保管すること。なぜなら、マツエクグルーは空気中の水分と反応して硬化します。また、直射日光や高温多湿の環境もマツエクグルーの劣化につながる原因です。パックの中には、シリカゲルを入れるなどして湿度を低くし、冷蔵庫に入れることで熱や光を遮断してください。
そのほかにも、マツエクグルーのキャップをしっかり閉めたり、立てた状態で保管することも大切です。
